Inbound Customer Service Representative Job in Columbus 43215, Ohio US

The Wasserstrom Company is the leading Food Service Distributor in the nation.  Established in 1902, we are a family owned company with our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. At this time, we have an opening for a full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative in our National Smallwares Division Inbound Call Center.  Hours of operation for this area are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 7PM (schedule may vary).

The primary responsibilities of the Call Center are to provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming calls, to process orders in a timely and efficient manner, and to advise customers of product availability and pricing. Will also process returns, resolve problems, and handle inquiries regarding order status in a prompt and courteous manner within basic procedural guidelines.  Must have superior telephone skills.

We are looking for qualified candidates, seeking a professional, career-oriented position. Additional requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree or one to two years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Previous experience in customer service and/or the foodservice equipment and supplies field is preferred.
