Job Description: Do you have experience with inbound/outbound call center sales? Do you want make money off of your efforts? Adecco has the perfect opportunity! We are looking for call center candidates with sales experience to join a company that will pay you for your efforts! All candidates must have excellent work history and resume and be able to pass a drug and background check. Essential Job Functions: â ?¬ ¢ Manage sales and support inquiries for multiple business customers assisting them with a variety of needs such as business formation and changes â ?¬ ¢ Manage multiple corporate accounts â ?¬ ¢ Understand and convey a mastery of our products to customers, assisting them in any questions they may have Requirements: â ?¬ ¢ Ability to sell Business Formation services and benefits â ?¬ ¢ 1 â ?¬ ?? 2 years previous related experience â ?¬ ?? selling products in a corporate phone sales and/or customer service environment â ?¬ ¢ Ability to quickly learn detailed information about legal documents and services â ?¬ ¢ Proficient with customers on the phone/e-mail â ?¬ ¢ Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, e-mail, ability to learn order management tools â ?¬ ¢ Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment â ?¬ ¢ Desire to help the company grow through participation in a variety of projects â ?¬ ¢ Detail oriented team player with a passion for helping customers â ?¬ ¢ Previous experience processing electronic orders from customers â ?¬ ¢ Previous work in a legal environment as a paralegal, law school, etc. preferred â ?¬ ¢ Experience processing complex documents such as loan applications, preferred â ?¬ ¢ BA/BS Degree, preferred Job Experience: Must have 2+ years of call center sales experience Must be able to work a flexible schedule Minimum Education Required: High School Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years Expected Travel Time: None
