Randstad, in partnership with a leader in the Financial Services Insurance industry, is seeking an enthusiastic experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative  to be a part of our team in Dublin, Ohio.

Our customer’s banking call center focuses on products that include savings, checking, money market IRA accounts. Inbound CSRs will be providing first class customer service to banking customers in a sales service environment.

Important requirements for this position:

-Must be comfortable working a temporary to hire assignment with our customer.

-Must have availability to be scheduled working hours from 8am to 8pm Monday thru Friday when training is completed.

-Must be comfortable working less than forty hours per week when business needs change. The average weekly hours during slower business periods is 33 hours per week.

-Due to the fiduciary accountabilities within this job, a credit check and criminal background check will be required as part of the selection process.

-Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.

-Two years experience required in customer service call center.

 

Job Responsibilities:
-Serves as a first point of contact for bank customer service and sales inquiries.

-Educates customers on bank product features and benefits, and communicates product information using easy to understand methods.

-Establishes and maintains basic bank accounts and products at the request of new and existing customers.

-Analyzes and deciphers problems to determine proper course of action. Works with other bank areas to resolves routine account and/or customer service issues. Engages bank administrative and operations support staff where appropriate to assist with issue resolution, and follows-up with customer to ensure completion.

 -Engages bank customers to build and retain their assets within the organization.

-Turns service inquiries into sales opportunities.

-Maintains records related to bank customers and documents conversations accurately.
