Profile of work duties: Provide technical support to customer's employees and contracted representatives by working with company officials and subject matter experts. Verifies information and assists with moderately complex investigation and problem resolution of calls from client agencies. Assist with general administrative duties related to the management of individual and/or team tickets and call flow. Requirements: Ability to input data to track and log calls and their resolution. Ability to use intermediate communication skills to answer moderately complex client calls regarding problem status.
