Inbound Healthcare Specialist Job Description: We have an immediate opening for Inbound Customer Healthcare Specialist in Phoenix, AZ (Uptown). Responsibilities: Developing and enhancing customer/provider relationships by responding to customer/provider inquiries and resolving customer/provider concerns. Using online resources and support systems, ICHS's (Inbound Customer Healthcare Specialists) will investigate, analyze, and resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction. ICHS's will be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, demonstrating responsiveness and a sense of urgency when dealing with customers, maintaining production and phone quality standards and supporting individual/team goals and initiatives. Essential Job Functions: -Ability to maintain production levels and quality goals. -Ability to work independently and possess problem solving goals with focus on detail. -Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment. -Ability to absorb and apply new and changing information. -Ability to manage personal stress; the ability to remain calm and controlled in stressful situations. Requirements: -Must have stable job tenure! (More than 1-2 years with previous employers) -High school diploma or equivalent required. -Proficient computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) required. -Must have 10-key proficiency and the ability to type 30+ WPM. -Strong listening and interpersonal skills required. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Must be highly organized, detail oriented and a self starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task. -Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. -Must be able to provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers. -Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. -Healthcare or Insurance experience is strongly preferred (Optical, Dental or Hearing experience) -Administrative healthcare, claims, and knowledge of clinical vocabulary are strongly preferred -Great attitude, friendly personality, ability to effectively communicate with anyone (Doctors, patients, co-workers, etc.) Overview: -High volume inbound calls -Typically have to navigate between 2 and 4 computer screens -Receive calls from current members regarding billing questions, referrals to local doctors, and education about benefit plans -Receive calls from doctor's offices inquiring about patient's coverage -3 weeks of Training provided Pay: $13-14/hour DOE Duration: Contract to Hire Hours: 8 hours shift that will fall between 4am-6pm, Monday-Friday 10 panel Drug Test and 7 year Background check required All qualified candidates, please apply online with your current resume.
