Inbound Retentions

Our client, one of The UK's longest established and well known provider of breakdown cover are recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Agents to join their teams based in Cheadle.
This is a permanent opportunity and candidates will need to be able to work full time hours on a rotational shift pattern basis between the hours of 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

You will be part of their busy retentions team, receiving inbound calls from customer to discuss the renewal of their membership.

Duties
Provide an excellent customer service
Ensure data protection
Establish the needs of the customer
Provide informed, constructive and commercial advice to customers to ensure services are fit for the customers needs
Review of benefits of the service
Discuss and promote the key features of services to attempt to retain custom
Deal with various queries and problem solve
Keep motivated and work towards targets

Candidates don’t need to come from a specific background instead our client is looking for the right attitude and transferrable skills.

This role is about speaking to customers who want to speak to you, it is not a sales role at all. What we are looking for is individuals who have affective communication skills gained in any industry or environment who want to work in customer service. Full training is provided.
