Inbound Sales Advisors Job in Cheadle, North West Uk

Manpower has various Inbound Sales Advisor positions available now with a leading breakdown recovery company.

Your role will involve:

* Dealing efficiently with questions and queries from the customer base, including changing addresses and amending policies.
* Using initiative to sell additional products and services to existing members, matching their specific needs
* Introduce potential new members to the benefits of this service
* Performing to target-based expectations on a daily basis, and meeting all deadlines required

Ideal candidates will be able to provide a professional, high quality service, with proven sales experience preferred. You will be able to build a rapport with the customer and have a real team focus, whilst being able to manage your own case load. You will be an effective problem solver, have excellent communication skills, and will have the initiative to spot and act upon sales opportunities.

Please note that there is no cold calling involved in this role.

You must be able to work weekends and bank holidays, in various shifts between 8:00 - 20:00. This is a permanent, full-time position, for 36 ¼ hours a week on average.

Ongoing training will be provided.
