Inbound Sales Consultant

Based close to the train station in Pudsey.
We are currently recruiting for a large, well established insurance organisation based in Pudsey, Leeds. As this position is based within the financial services, successful candidates will be required to pass a credit check.
In order to apply for this position you should be available to work full time hours 5 full time shifts across Monday to Sunday between 8am and 9pm.
The role will involve providing excellent customer service at all times, being responsible for selling a variety of products and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be amending and inputting a variety of information, highlighting benefits and matching products to customers needs.
These sales consultant roles are responsible for the promotion and selling of policies to new and existing customers and instruction of service provision. You will also be the point of contact for follow-on customer activities and queries.
Key Accountabilities:
· Accurate and relevant data capture during the fulfilment of a claim to allow for the instruction of the appropriate services
· Manage follow on activity as appropriate
· Manage instruction of services and suppliers to achieve effective cost control
· Manage the customer experience, ensuring adherence at all times to the principles of Treating the Customer Fairly (including Complaint Handling guidelines)
· Proactively and professionally communicate with our customers and colleagues to manage expectations and achieve the appropriate outcome
· Ownership and adherence to internal and external policies, procedures and governance, relating to our colleagues, shareholders and customers
