Inbound Sales Representatives receive incoming calls from potential Liberty Mutual customers requesting quotes. These calls are generated by mail campaigns driving warm leads to our Inbound Sales Representatives, no cold calling needed. No prior insurance experience is required, your training and licensing in all 50 states is paid for by Liberty Mutual. Our distinguished training team will prepare you to be successful with your sales career and grow within our "Promote from Within Culture". Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to sell policies to prospective policy holders by providing rate quotes and coverage information that helps them live safer more secure lives.
- Close inbound sales from leads for auto and homeowners insurance generated from mail campaigns.
- Evaluate risks utilizing underwriting rules and guidelines in order to bind coverage.
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped sales incentive with unlimited earning potential. Average first year income potential is 50k+
- Willing to work a flexible schedule.
Training begins on May 29, 2012 and will continue for 6 weeks. Training schedule is Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. Once training is complete, the schedule will change to 4 weekdays (M-F) 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm and every Saturday 1:00 pm -9:30 pm. Currently accepting applications for licensed and unlicensed candidates.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent training.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of insurance, sales, or call center experience.
- Proficient PC, analytical, decision making and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills in order to communicate effectively with customers and prospects.
