Inbound Sales Specialists are responsible for handling incoming sales and service calls from customers while also placing outbound calls to customers in order to meet sales goals. Provides customer service with the objective of profiling customers and extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services. Handles situations which require deviation from standard scripts and screens. Completes necessary system navigation and call tracking. Responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of a variety of financial products and services. Handles all calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention. We provide our Sales Specialist with continuous coaching and development, which not only enhances their ability to provide exemplary service and product solutions to our customers, but also enhances the Sales Specialists career growth. Our Sales Specialists demonstrate self-motivation, sales savvy, a positive attitude, and have the ability to work well on a team and have a solid work history. They also demonstrate strong listening, written and verbal communication skills. They are receptive to coaching and feedback, have the determination to meet/exceed goals and solve problems while working in a fast-paced environment. Sales goals are measured by monthly unit goals, and include consistently meeting all compliance and regulations guidelines. The Sales Specialist Incentive Plan is designed to reward Participants for booking quality loans and achieving company financial objectives. The plan is paid out on a monthly basis. In addition to a competitive base salary, some Inbound Sales Specialists have earned upwards of $4,000 per month when meeting and exceeding performance and sales goals, and work towards an annual bonus as well. Basic Qualifications: 6+ months of sales or customer service experience. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend and resolve complex customer issues. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills. Basic knowledge of financial products and services. Strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet/intranet. This position requires advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques. WORK HOURS: Monday Thursday 3 Days: 11am 8pm 1 Days: 1pm 10pm Friday: 10am 7pm **Must be available 1 Saturday per month (10am 2pm)** **Hours may vary due to business need** Preferred Skills: Wells Fargo Auto Finance/Dealer Services products knowledge. No current Formal or Final warnings. Current level 3 performer or higher
