Student Services Representative is responsible for answering a medium-to-high volume of incoming calls from prospective students that are interested in learning more about the University. You will be the first point of contact, leading the caller through a non-scripted conversation about which program they are interested in, gathering contact information, and encouraging them to continue the enrollment process. The goal of the call is to either schedule a campus visit, or transfer the caller to an Admissions representative.
This position has somewhat of a "Sales" aspect to it; although there are NO quotas and NO opportunities for commission/bonuses.

This is a Temp-to-Hire position beginning at $13.50/hr, with the strong opportunity for a wage increase after the probationary period (typically between 3-5 months).
