Inbound Team Leader

A market leading leisure company in Southampton are looking for a Team Leader to manage a team of inbound advisers on a full time permanent basis.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for an engaged team focused on delivering results through inspirational leadership and coaching. In addition to this proactive ownership of the Customer Experience by providing feedback and solutions to influence business change through the successful daily running of the Customer Contact Centre is a demand of the role.

Working in a fun sales environment, the candidate will be expected to own the delivery and embedment of key changes within the Customer Contact Centre, whilst working collaboratively with peers across the business to ensure a consistent approach. Through strong leadership, motivating, engaging and coaching staff the correct candidate will maximise sales through ensuring a fun, creative sales environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading, developing and managing a high performance sales and customer service team through coaching and strong people management. Furthermore, experience of running the daily operation of a contact centre is essential. A background, which includes the travel/cruise industry or contact centre environment, is desirable along with the knowledge of relevant contact centre systems.

The salary for this role is £21,000- £24,000 and there are quarterly bonuses at 10% of annual salary assuming KPI’s and targets are met.
