£14,000 - £16,000 per annum, OTE £22,500 + Free Parking!!!

My client, one of the UK's key healthcare providers, specialising in protecting people, reducing risk across infection control and healthcare compliance services beyond clinical waste collection, treatment and disposal; resource management strategies and hazardous waste management programmes. Providing a range of services to NHS trusts, GPs, dentists, pharmaceutical manufacturers, private sector businesses; research companies and many more they are renowned within their field.

Overall Role Responsibilities of the Inbound Telesales Advisor:
Working as part of the inbound telesales team receiving large volumes of inbound calls and web enquires to promote the business products and services, selling the benefits to existing and prospective customers and maximizing on all sales opportunities.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities of the Inbound Telesales Advisor:
• Process all inbound sales enquires in a timely manner
• To ensure all inbound enquiries are logged accurately within CRM system.
• Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date and used effectively to drive sales performance.
• Timely and accurate completion of all documentation and information systems.
• Ensure minimum sales conversion rates, SLA’s and the required ROI levels are achieved
• Work closely with the other team member to ensure daily workflow in order to meet the high level plans/expectations
• Work effectively with other team members/areas of the business
• Achievement of all KPIs on a daily basis
