Incident & Continuity Manager
Job Duties:
• Undertake the role of incident continuity manager across the division, globally.
• Support COO Business Management, Business Risk Manager by the delivery of incident continuity risk management across the division.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the framework for incident continuity management.
• Overview and challenge business areas for compliance with relevant incident management and business continuity policies through implementation of appropriate governance and reporting arrangements.
• Drive incident continuity management awareness culture, improving the understanding of incident continuity management and promoting best practice.
• Ensure operational risk exposure is reduced through effective and appropriate incident continuity management training, testing and business recovery management.
• Develop plans and deliver incident management business continuity management training and workshops as required using technical competence, to enable greater knowledge, training and awareness of incident continuity management across the business.
• Act as a centre of excellence for incident management business continuity across divisions.
• Provide timely incident management and business continuity policy related input to relevant business and divisional reports.
• Overview and challenge business continuity plans and associated documentation, including exercising and overall business continuity recovery solutions, to provide assurance that compliance with business continuity standards is being maintained, and risk exposure managed appropriately.
• Overview business continuity testing arrangements and disaster recovery capability for IT system incidents, ensuring that recovery site/alternative arrangements exercises incorporate a co-ordinated approach by both the business and IT provider.
• Deliver all relevant business continuity related projects and initiatives.
