In this role, you will be responsibile for Incident Management of high impacting incidents during a time zone and the compliance of all elements of the Incident Process.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Problem Analysis, Major Incident Reviews and Problem Compliance Reviews
- Monitor and manage all high impact incidents during the business day
- Develop and maintain the Incident Management process and procedures
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness of the Incident Management Process
- Review progress/results with client and/or (senior) management.
- Able to identify, track, report and resolve matters in relation to process change in a timely manner
- Assist in policing the change/risk process and operation technology management standards
- Assist in setting up of the governance model and to maintain the working level
- Problem management reporting and metrics
- Use key performance indicators for Continuous improvement
Requirements
- 8 yr experience in IT industry with 4 yr experience in service management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to all management levels within customer organization. Ability to identify key decision makers and the criteria for successfully selling to each
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience in implementing and managing Problem Management process
- A Project Management qualification (desirable)Solid project management skills/experience
- Certification in quality (i.e. Greenbelt) and service delivery best practice (i.e. ITIL/ITSM) with proven implementation experience
- Proven track record of effective customer governance practices
- Workshop facilitation with executive level participation
- Ability to socialize and generate consensus for new ideas and to overcome resistance
- Teaching, training, coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong Management of Change (MOC) skills to understanding organizational design and performance management
