Incident, Problem and Change Management APAC Lead - Singapore

This is an exciting opportunity to have regional responsibility for all Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management to support the global business across the Investment and Corporate Bank. This will be a highly challenging role facing off to very senior stakeholders and be an active member of the IPC global leadership team.

As Head of IPC based in Singapore, reporting to the Global Head you will be the primary escalation point for all major incidents during the APAC time zone. You will take a lead role in defining global strategy for Incident Management owning all audit and compliance activities. This is very much an infrastructure management role and you will be responsible for the career development and training of the Singapore team. In this role you will act as the bridge between technology and the business building high level relationships and using your ability to influence and resolve various levels of incident severity.

My client is looking for a technology manager who is already performing at a VP level, ideally in a large financial institution. You should have a strong infrastructure background in incident management and problem managment with extensive experience on change management projects. You must have experience facing off to senior business and technology stakeholders working in challenging environments. You should have lead teams of 10+ within service delivery.
