Incident/Problem Analyst –6 month contract
- Incident and problem management, root cause analysis, ITIL process/framework development

- Significant and demonstrated experience in incident management in an enterprise IT environment.
- Experience conducting post incident reviews and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and improving processes to align with ITIL.
- Experience chairing and documenting incident review forums
- Experience measuring and reporting on incidents and problems to meet SLA requirements
- Ability to promote service management processes and ensure that the correct procedures are followed for critical issues.
- Relevant Tertiary and/or industry qualifications will be an advantage.
A new 6 month contract is now available for an experienced Incident Analyst to work in a well recognised Australian organisation.
What will you be doing?
As an Incident Analyst you will implement a process and framework for incident and problem management. You will conduct forums, post incident reviews, process reviews and provide documentation. This role will also see you promoting service management processes to relevant stakeholder groups.
