- Demonstrated life claims experience ideally with a strong knowledge of Income Protection files and the nature of file management in this niche area.
- Pro-actively manage a portfolio of ideally no more than 80 files, while utilising internal and external resources to maintain a 'best practice' claims management style in line with company philosophy.
- Tertiary / Industry qualifications seen as highly advantageous.
