Index Options Market Makers recruitment
Our client is a growing trading firm based in Sydney. They have been running for close to 6 years now and are in a phase of growth.
They are seeking experienced Index Options Market Makers ideally with Hang Seng or Nikkei indices experience.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-6 years trading experience at a similar market maker or prop trading firm with a focus on Asia Pac markets.They will be keen, eager and drive to make money.
The main point of difference between this business and most of their competitors is that they pay a base salary plus also a split of the profits you generate. Compared to a discretionary bonus like at other firms, this will suit the stronger traders who are generating strong profits, and feel they are not being adequately compensated for their success.
