JOB SUMMARY

To evaluate problems and develop processes and information systems solutions for the Customer Experience department. Develops, analyzes, maintains and implements user requirement specifications, systems design, process flows, labor standards reporting and project coordination.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Defines, plans, organizes and makes recommendations to senior management in the maintenance, development and implementation of Customer Experience processes systems.

o Provides comprehensive process flows, labor standards and modeling of work processes and systems.

o Determines the project definition and specifications. Makes recommendations to senior management for development and implementation of automated processes with various corporate systems groups.

o Develops and researches methods and solutions which provide accurate forecasting for labour, capital and operating budgets and minimize management efforts to develop resource plans.

o Conducts the re-engineering of business process flows with the Customs, Customer Service, Customer Technology, Sales and Revenue Operations departments, aiding in the analysis of organizational processes and restructuring those process flows.

o Acts as a change agent by continuously reviewing the Customer Experience's systems, processes and procedures.

MUST HAVES:

Labor standards modeling development in a clerical environment

- Process flows and optimization of Logistics functions

- Business cases and justifications

- Performance metrics development and automated reporting

- Data mining using SQL and report generation

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

Four (4) years experience in project management, business planning, process control and procedures analysis, systems design, process engineering and implementation in a user environment.

Knowledge of operating systems performance capabilities, mini/micro/mainframe computer interfaces and equipment selection criteria and evaluation process. Minimum two (2) years experience.

Knowledge of customs regulatory processes, Call Centre environment, Sales Planning or Revenue Operations an asset.

Demonstrated analytical, organization, administrative and planning skills.

Strong communication and human relations (interpersonal, verbal and written) skills.

Travel required (10% of time).
