Job Description Job Classification: Direct Hire The candidate will be overseeing Lead base paint and asbestos abetment oversight. Candidate will be walking the building to ensure the contractors are safe and assessing the work site site data is compliant with federal and state regulations for safety. Candidate will be responsible for doing air quality monitoring and write basic reports around suggestions and findings. Prefer Virginia and or Maryland asbestos inspector license. 3. Need asbestos project monitor license in MD and or VA. 4. Must be able to work off-hours if needed (night shifts) 5. OSHA 40 6.
