Job Description:

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

·         Cold Calling - Prospecting

·         Account Targeting

·         Territory Canvassing

·         Database Management

·         Strategic Planning of New Account Acquisitions

·         Working Closely with Consultants

·         Effective Presentation Development

·         Conducting Research and Presentation Meetings with Prospects

·         Lead Generation with Service Personnel, Current Customers and Networking Sources

·         Documentation of Relative and Pertinent Information Aligned with Weekly Reporting

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience.

·         Experience in the medical field preferred.

·         Ability to make compelling presentations to medical offices using visual aids and other media. Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of office managers, clinical managers and administrators.

·         Track record of successful negotiation with the most skilled or resistant groups. Establishes common ground and focuses on win-win outcomes while gaining concessions and protecting organizational interests.

·         Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.

·         Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.

·         Consistently identifies new sources of business through cold calls, networking and generating referrals.

·         Track record of attaining challenging sales goals and managing accounts within a designated region. Uses territory analysis to target top prospects.

·         Exudes self-confidence and inspires confidence in others.
