We are partnering with a global company to help them find the right person for their facility. This is for a plant controller experienced in all financial aspects required for a manufacturing facility.
Our client is seeking a Plant Controller to insure continuity and improvement at their plant in the Fort Wayne, IN area. A person with the right education, experience and attitude. Someone who takes pride of ownership in their work.
Background Requirements
· 7+ years experience in finance
· Experience working with a manufacturing environment
· Ability to communicate with multiple groups in and out of the facility
· Bachelor’s degree required
· CMA or CPA preferred
