Industrial Relations Customer Service Officer – 12 Month Contract

This position is based on the Help Desk and provides advice and information to clients. The advice is primarily given over the telephone, or via email. This is an inbound call centre but on occasions you will be required to make outbound calls.

 

 

To be considered for this position you must have a tertiary background in Industrial Relations, Social sciences or Economics or equivalent experience in these areas. As well as the following:

 

·         A strong interest in Industrial Relations

·         High level customer service skills

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Well developed oral written communication skills.  

·         Ability to work well in a team environment

·         A positive attitude under pressure

·         High level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel Internet Explorer

·         Quick, accurate keyboard skills
