We are a leading midwest industrial distributor and representative for electric heaters, temperature controls process systems, temperature sensing, timers, counters batch components, electrical power switching, data aquisition, and communication SCADA products that are used by manufacturing companies globally. Position: 
Industrial Sales Engineer – will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while developing new business potentials and opportunities in assigned territory.  

Product Focus: 
Products for all types of manufacturing and industrial processes, including but not limited to: Electric Heaters, Temperature Sensors, Temperature Limit Controls, Power Controls, Switchgear, Industrial Communication and SCADA Systems, and Automation Products.    

Office Location:  Mequon, Wisconsin  

Assigned Business Territory:  
Long standing very well-established sales producing territory in Milwaukee area, suburbs and surrounding communities.  Very minimal overnight travel required.  

Requirements:  
Industrial Sales experience.  Electrical background and Control Systems knowledge a definite plus.  Must have a good communications skill set.  Must have computer experience with standard Microsoft office programs and Explorer internet functions.  ACT! Contact Management program knowledge a plus but not essential. Self-disciplined and motivated sales experience necessary.  Product training, background on customer accounts, and laptop provided.  Cell phone compensation package also provided.   

Areas of Responsibilities: 
Account Management – Manage large existing account base to ensure continued growth.
New Business Development – Generate and develop new business opportunities in target markets by executing good sales practices and product strategies that fit client needs.
Technical Knowledge – Use of product knowledge and experience to support, promote, and develop new and existing accounts.  Ability to identify, assess and provide products and solutions to fit customer needs.    
Contact Management – Maintain and provide information to inside sales team and sales manager through a synchronized database management software program ACT!  Training will be provided on this software program.  Reports directly to Sales Manager.
