Position Description – Industrial Sales Leader
Industry: Lubricant Manufacturer in National Distribution
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Necessary Designations: Engineering, Math or Science Degree (Minimum)
Valued Designations: P.E., M.S., Ph.D., CLS
Experience Required: Minimum of five years industrial experience.
Career Path: natural progression is to a Senior VP position.
Position Expectations and Environment: This individual will be a hands on leader of lubricant sales efforts and brand development. The company is a privately held, 75 year old Dallas company, re-engineered in 1999. The company has more than 5,000 active customers and more than two hundred employees and agents throughout the United States. Most of the participants are owners through an ESOP. The company operates as a collaborative group and expects high tech, high touch solutions of both internal and external issues. Growth is managed by focusing on customer sustainability and reliability in major markets where heavy duty, high performance lubricants offer great advantages to the user.
