For nearly 50 years we have served the Steel, Power Generation, Chemical, Research and General Manufacturing markets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Previous industrial or business to business selling experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products software is essential.
Education
A four year college degree is a must. Mechanical Engineering degree or comparable
Associates degree with relevant practical experience will be considered.
Technical
Strong mechanical aptitude is essential. We will test for this.
Attitude
Must show a willingness to get "hands-on" dirty if necessary.
Must be a demonstrable self-starter and team player.

The focus of this job is making connections with people and selling value in a highly technical market. You must possess and be able to demonstrate poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style. The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. Compensation begins as a salaried position ultimately leading to straight commission.
The position includes an extensive, in-depth, three month training and subsequent associate development program.
Minimal overnight travel is required.
