Industry Analyst recruitment
Integer Research Ltd, based in Old Street, EC1, is a consulting, publishing and conference company, producing a range of specialist reports tracking manufacturing and commodity sectors. The company provides bespoke consultancy to blue-chip clients. Integer also has a strong presence in the environmental sector, covering air quality and climate change legislation and the impact of legislative changes on the automotive and manufacturing industries.
We currently have vacancies for three Industry Analysts to meet our expanding business requirements. These positions are available at both a graduate entry level and a level appropriate for candidates with one to three years of relevant experience (finance, engineering or consultancy).
The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, providing in-depth reports, forecasting and consultancy services to the chemicals, metals and environmental sectors.
This position offers opportunities for significant responsibility and career advancement. You must have a good degree, strong writing skills and be highly numerate. An ideal candidate will have studied Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering or Chemistry and have achieved at least a 2.1 degree from a good university. We are looking for graduates with a strong master’s degree in a relevant discipline, or graduates with one to three years of relevant work experience.
The successful applicant will have the following abilities:
• Communication skills - excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, telephone and effective listening skills, clear and articulate telephone manner. Candidates must have a strong command of written English and not be afraid to get on the phone.
• Interpersonal skills - being able to work well within a team as well as working independently to deadlines, be pro-active, goal-orientated and be able to use own initiative. Problem solving abilities and enthusiasm will be needed at all times!
• Organisational skills - be a self-motivated quick learner able to multi-task and prioritize a busy workload. Candidates must also be punctual and reliable.
The job will require overseas travel to client locations and conferences. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
Salary from £23,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on experience, plus project profit share scheme
