UCC Product Line - Europe Competence Centre, Huawei Enterprise Business Group (BG)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the general management of Industry Application Consulting Dept in terms of different industries such as Financials, Health Care, Education and Public Service, etc
2. Responsible for planning and managing consulting activities and the nurturance of consultant teams
3. Responsible for building industry Knowledge Base and Toolbox
4. As a consulting expert, you will be directly involved in customer facing activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree and Above in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration or related subjects
2. 10+ Years' working experience in Telecommunications/IT, 5+ Years' working experience in Telecommunications/IT consulting
3. Fluent in spoken and written English
4. Proven and demonstrated ability in team management and collaboration
5. Proven and demonstrated ability in communication with clients and customers
6. Performance even under pressure
7. Experienced in consultant team management and business administration
8. Flexible with travelling around Europe
9. Managerial experience in consulting from Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft or IBM etc is a plus
