We currently have an opening for a highly motivated, results oriented Industry Sales Executive to join our team in Philadelphia or other East Coat location.
With a desire to excel, the qualified professional will be responsible for developing business across the CDI service lines, including Engineering Services and Staffing Solutions. This includes partnering with service lines to develop, create, and promote customized solutions for clients to help clients meet their short and long-term needs, while meeting CDI’s strategic business goals along with capability to properly position CDI’s full product/solution offerings at the senior executive level or c-suite within the Aerospace Industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in combined education and professional experience required.
- Three + years of Solutions Selling experience in Aerospace with demonstrated success selling intangible service deliverables.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close the deal.
- Outgoing, self-driven, can work independently, goal oriented, motivated.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business processes, objectives, and the client mission.
- Must be a team player and self-starter, with excellent communication and presentation skills, and projects a professional image.
Preferences:
- Demonstrated competency and experience for utilizing sales tools for opportunity management, demonstrated competency and experience utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Solid knowledge of the technical services industry, with experience in the engineering field.
- Experienced at cold calling at the senior executive level and/or C-suite, resulting in relationship-driven sales opportunities.
- Good organizational and planning abilities.
