Specific Job Description This position is to be the HUD Information Technology Services (HITS) Security Operations Manager. We are looking for experienced leader to lead the program on "Path to Blue". Standard Job Description Manages the development of security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Information Assurance and Information Security (InfoSec) Engineering. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the assessment and mitigation of system security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle; validation of system security requirements definition and analysis; establishing system security designs; implementing security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures; verification of security requirements; performing system certification and accreditation planning and testing and liaison activities, and supporting secure systems operations and maintenance.
