Info Security Engineer 3 - Cryptographic Services/Smartcard Access Management
Chandler, AZ is the preferred location for this position. The Cryptographic Services/Smartcard Access Management team in TOG has a great opportunity for an Information Security Engineer. The person selected for this position wil provide information security and physical security applications, systems support, and technical systems development for a converged physical and logical access team. This position is responsible for systems design, application development, database design and analysis, unit testnig and system test support. The position is aligned with the Systems and development team. The application currently consists of a MySQL database and PERL script application set maintained in CVS. modPERL and other structured programming tools are used. Web_Services will be supported in 2012 Responsiblities include: Colaborating in system design efforts and reviews Participating in business requirements review for application design Coordination with QA team in reviewing bugs found in QA process BCP planning and testing of systems Bug tracking and repair On-call application support Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in security applications and systems. Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of security application support and testing; A proven background with Linux/Unix systems and application support; 5+ years application programming; Direct experience with information security concepts; PERL and LAMP stack experience; Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines and solve complex problems. Preferred Skills: Related Bachelor's degree; Proficiency with access control systems design and functions, an understanding of the functions required for a physical access and logical token enrollment and access management application; Direct experience with physical access control and badge / smart card technologies. Light project management, systems design, and database design and access experience is highly beneficial.
