The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver on DCTC Microsoft Dynamic CRM and ImageNow document imaging projects. Also responsible for workflow design, programming, technical support and coordination of Microsoft Dynamic CRM application, ImageNow document imaging system as well as data-driven internet, intranet and extranet applications using SQL, .NET and ColdFusion.
MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the system management, development and programming of Microsoft Dynamic CRM projects.
- Responsible for the system management, development and programming of ImageNow document imaging solution.
- Provide technical support services for staff, faculty and students.
- Perform related administrative tasks and comply with appropriate standards and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Dynamic CRM version 4.0
- Strong proficiency with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, XML, and SOAP
- Proficiency in writing and editing valid HTML, XHTML, CSS
- Experience with JavaScript, including DOM, AJAX, and common JavaScript libraries
- Experience with Macintosh computer (OS 10.X) integration within Active Directory network.
- Experience with Windows 7 operating systems for PCs including imaging, installation, configuration, maintenance, backup and recovery
- Experience writing and maintaining technical and administrative documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- A commitment to keeping technical skills up-to-date
- Ability to function with limited supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Evidence of ability to work with diverse populations.
