InfoPoint Billings Analyst recruitment

The candidate will be acting on a consultancy basis helping the current Billing team understand the structure of the InfoPoint system in order to facilitate the business requirements.
The team is responsible for ensuring adequate billing processes and controls are in place and to ensure business services are correctly charged to the Clients.

The candidate will be responsible for training the current team to find solutions for any technical queries regarding billing process

Key responsibilities:
• Guiding the core teams in business process modelling and ensures the implementation of a best practices based solution
• Preparing and conducting demos training sessions.
• Supporting the manager in risk identification and resolution
• Providing assistance and support to Account managers and business counterparts regarding any queries on the Client Bills or set-ups.
• Acting as an intermediary between the Operations and the Business providing technical and process advice with regards to all of the International functionality and system wide changes.
• Assisting with the implementation of new set up and production of regular progress of billing
• Aiding in the design, testing and rollout of new reports, systems and interfaces.
• Involvement in other related projects that the wider team are undertaking

Person specification:
• User and Structural knowledge of the Infopoint® Account Analysis 9.0
• Strong Excel skills and have experience of manipulating large amounts of data in Excel.
• At least 3/4 years experience of working in a Billings role in a large financial services organisation or a similar global or international organisation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good attention to detail and analytical skills.
