Informatica Developer – Investment Bank, Hong Kong recruitment
Our client are a tier one US investment bank with offices globally. They are looking for a seasoned Informatica and Oracle developer to be involved in an urgent, business critical project for the banks' derivatives risk platform.
You will be required to provide production supoprt ans well as delivery various software solutions for the risk systems that cover the derivatives platforms across Asia Pacific.
Job Description:
- Development of risk databases for the derivatives business using Oracle and Informatica
- Second line support for the Oracle 10g database
- Working to enhance the ETL tools and processes
- Acting as a subject matter expert on database design and development
Skills Required:
- Very strong konwledge of Oracle 10g design and development. It is expected that the successful candidate will have knowledge of performance tuning, database design, stored procedures and triggers in a real time, DWH environment
- Experience working on large DWH projects and databases
- Working knowledge of Informatica 8.6 or similar
- Very strong communication skills and experience working in a heavily client facing role are mandatory for this position
