Position Summary:
Our client is an internationally recognized consulting firm and has turned to Sound Advice to help them identify, qualify and present qualified individual for this critical position (see below).
Experience:
· Understanding the Data-warehouse architecture, error handling and audit techniques.
· Work independently as well as with other team members in determining impacts to ETL code for requirement updates and defect resolution changes.
· Ability to develop and implement ETL code from new or existing design requirements
· Ability to work on a flexible schedule to manage evening and/or weekend activity to provide support for planned and unplanned circumstances.
· Well versed with advanced ETL concepts and DB querying techniques.
· Adhering to existing standards and processes, while taking the lead on design, analysis, development and implementation of new/improved standards and processes.
· Managing timely written and verbal communication on analysis, load issues, and concerns for management attention and/or escalation
· Ability to mentor junior and/or offshore team members
· Ability to work well with other team members and vendors as a cohesive unit to complete project in a timely manner
