- Automated routing of sales representatives
- Development of CRM system
Supply Chain
- Implementing WMS-system to a newly built logistics center
- Automation of business processes of the Consolidated Planning
- Automation of the business processes of basic raw materials, packaging, equipment and support materialsprocurement.
Finance
- Automation of business processes "the Treasury"

- Development of intra-corporate reporting (Internal Reporting Systems)

Infrastructure projects:
- Building a Wi-Fi network, and SCS in the newly built logistics center

- Organizing the transfer of ICT infrastructure in the new Headquarter of the Company (Telecommunications, telephony, server, workstations, etc.)
- Translation of corporate telephony technology with CISCO to Microsoft LYNC
- Automation of internal processes of the Community ICT by introduction of MS System Center 2012 software products.
