Role Purpose: To deliver the client management process from the compiling of an information agreement through the data collection and analysis stages to the fulfillment of the order in line with internal process standards and Reward Information Services profitability objectives.
We currently have a need for one Information Associate in our Philadelphia location.
Role Accountabilities
Information Agreement:
- To understand clients' information needs and develop an appropriate information agreement based on these requirements Data Collection
- To work with clients, using RIS data collection processes, to build a full client data sample ready for submission to our database.
Data Analysis:
- To analyze data and produce remuneration markets, in line with RIS processes and internal quality standards
- Partner with clients across multiple industries in the data collection process, assisting with proper matching to the Hay Job Model where appropriate and then building a full client date sample ready for submission
Order Fulfillment:
- To conduct research, implement marketing plans and proactively solicit new business in line with RIS revenue growth targets.
- To ensure clients receive the information ordered in their agreements and that the appropriate information is in place to invoice these.
Client Management:
- To proactively engage with assigned RIS clients and prospects about their information needs.
- To answer clients' questions regarding information in line with our client service objectives.
- To ensure clients are satisfied with deliverables received from RIS and that their invoices are settled according to Hay Group payment terms.
- To continually seek and identify information business openings by keeping up to date with client needs.
- To proactively develop own knowledge and expertise on the entire client management process with the support of business leaders and training programs.
- To develop and maintain close and productive working relationships with Hay Group consultants and international colleagues within the same business field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources, sociology, business or quantitative studies, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- One to two years related business experience with a strong client service focus.
- A proven ability to work with clients and develop business.
- Background or experience in human resources (compensation and benefits) is a plus.
- Experience in benefits is preferred.
