-- Information Assurance Analyst, Mid-01117375 Description Key Role: Provide Information Assurance (IA), computer network, and technical analysis support to Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Office of the Command Information Officer (CIO). Review and analyze Certification and Accreditation (CA), Platform IT designation, and ATO request packages for completeness and compliance with applicable DoD guidance, including DIACAP, 8500 series guidance, DON CIO Platform IT, NAVSEA Instruction, and Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) for compliance with NIST Special Publication 800-34 guidelines. Review Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM) to ensure accountability for findings from system CA Plans and eEye Retina and DISA Gold Disk computer and network security scan tool results. Interface with POCs from submitting commands, the Navy Certifying Authority (Navy CA), and office of the Operational Designated Accrediting Authority (ODAA) on package status and compliance. Lead and facilitate collaboration meetings between Echelon II, Navy CA, and ODAA reps for package adjudication and processing. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -3 years of experience with Information Assurance (IA), and Certification and Accreditation (CA) -3 years of experience with IT system and network engineering -3 years of experience with information assurance and security practice -3 years of experience in working with DIACAP and DITSCAP guidance -Experience with Navy Research and Development processes and community -Knowledge of DoD IA Policy, including 8500-series directives and instructions -Active Secret clearance -DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level I, including Security and CAP required Additional Qualifications: -Experience with DoD enterprise tool set deployment and sustainment, including HBSS, SCCVI, SCRI, or antivirus solutions -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -BA or BS degree -IAM Level II, including GSLC and CISSP Certification preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
