Overview:
The Enterprise Solutions - Technical Writing group is an enterprise-facing group creating many types of highly visible, customer-facing and internal component technical content for various initiatives at CME Group. This position is aligned to provide support for electronic trading, clearing, and deployable trading platform initiatives requiring content creation and maintenance at CME Group.
Position Description:
This position will be responsible for working with developers, analysts, support groups, and other subject matter experts to:
• create electronic trading platform system deployment and operational content
• create CME Globex and CME Clearing customer-facing content (client system developer content and user help systems)
• deliver on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
• drive deliverable creation, review, and finalization cycle
• maintain existing content
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 3 years technical writing experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of / experience with financial markets (especially derivatives) preferred.
• Experience producing system deployment and operational documentation.
• Knowledge of or experience with FIX Protocol, FPML, or FIXML preferred.
• Prior MadCap Flare experience.
• Prior Confluence experience
