Information Programme Manager recruitment
To manage the delivery of the Information Data Management programme within Lifestyle Protection
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a long-term data quality strategy within Lifestyle Protection
• Encourage a Data Quality culture across the Lifestyle Protection business
• Oversee a programme of work to deliver the infrastructure capable of delivering best-in-class pricing, product and risk management
• Programme management and delivery of Information Data Management, Bordereaux, New Business Data Standards, Solvency ii, Data Governance, Off System and Scheme Database workstream
• Implement a programme management governance structure
• Work closely with the IT Technical lead to ensure alignment of programme goals
• Work directly with data stewards across the business to recommend and implement appropriate and timely data remediation activity
• Negotiate and agree programme priorities at senior management level
• Plan, track and manage diverse programme components to ensure project is delivered on time and to budget.
• Indirectly manage internal resources to define and deliver projects to meet programme goals, time-scales and budget.
• Liaise with senior managers to define needs, negotiate resources and manage expectations.
• Report to senior management external bodies on programme issues.
• Provide expertise and strategic input at senior management level on programme-related issues.
• Manage the budgets, staff and resources for the programme
• Assist in the communication of the long-term data quality strategy and programme goals.
Job Requirements
• Extensive broad-based project/programme management experience.
• Proven track record of managing major, integrated projects
• Proven ability to organise, co-ordinate and execute on details
• Management experience of People, Budgets and Suppliers
• In-depth, broad-based understanding of the financial services and Information Technology industries
• Strong presentation, influencing negotiation skills
• Ability to operate independently take accountability for delivery of major projects
• Advanced project management skills; use of structured, formal methods
