Information Risk- Data Leakage recruitment

Job Duties:

Identify and assess key IRM risks and issues across clusters, Business Units and Functions.

Collaborate with Group IRM and business unit IRM’s and agree how to apply policy into the constituent parts of Business Units and functions

Work with areas of Business Units and Functions to agree MI reporting requirements, and produce reports and analysis for data leakage based on the MI received

Run a risk based assurance programme to monitor compliance against policy, including specific tests as required by the Principle Risks Policy

Act as a point of reference for IRM related data leakage queries from Business Units

In addition to these processes, it is likely that the role will be required to:

Understand and develop the links between appropriate Technology teams and the Group IRM function and business unit IRM’s dealing with data leakage

Actively manage key IRM stakeholders in particular the network of senior managers responsible for IRM. 

Effective communications and interpersonal skills will enhance the perceived value and reputation of IRM, and make it easier to achieve its objectives in the future.

Act as a point of reference for queries and provide guidance.

Plan and run a risk-based assurance programme which monitors compliance versus policies and standards and drives closure of gaps.

Steer and guide data leakage projects and activities within Business Units to fix critical IRM issues. Support (but not directly own) business case development.
