'
Responsible for the Security Administration of enterprise wide systems and applications ensuring compliance with processes and procedures for handling security requests.
' Perform inactivity and log reviews for all systems and applications managed by IA Security Administration. Main responsibilities are: creating user groups, folders, supporting software, user administration and user support, permission access, client facing.
' Obtain and provide training while actively engaging in knowledge sharing with team members for enhancing skills and know-how for all systems and applications managed by Security Administration.
' Engage and communicate effectively with IS personnel and teams as necessary in handling of security requests in a timely manner.
' Communicate effectively and consistently with all stakeholders as needed.
' Assist with centralized security administration of enterprise wide systems and applications.
' Efficiently and accurately handle security requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
' Review and revise processes and procedures for continuous improvement, to ensure they follow the organization's global strategy, and to identify and remediate deficiencies and inaccuracies.
' Make recommendations and assist with the implementation of changes to work methods and procedures to make them more effective or to strengthen security measures.
' Monitor user and management activity, error, and other exception reports to ensure security is being maintained consistent with the Information Security Policies and Standards.
' Participate in all compliance checks (Periodic Review, Segregation of Duties, and Critical Transactions) and tasks to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information to end users are not compromised.
' Responsible for the implementation of information security policies, procedures, and security awareness and education programs.
' Identify, analyze and resolve any security concerns on the various platforms related to the installation, configuration, management and use.
' Administer access and enforce policy on operating systems and platforms throughout the enterprise.
' Assist in the maintenance of the operating systems and platforms used to control access to data including Identity Management (IDM).
' Assist with the planning, development and implementation of strategic systems and applications globally.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting with specialization in Information Systems or related field.
' 1 to 3 years of Information Security experience or relevant education or training.
' Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills possessing the ability to drive tasks to completion.
' Strong business sense and the ability to understand complex business issues.
' Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills along with experience interfacing with the end-users.
' A broad understanding of the automotive/manufacturing industry.
