Our Client, a leading European Bank, is one of the largest banking and financial services institutions in the world with presence in more than 80 countries. They provide a comprehensive range of financial services: personal financial services; commercial banking; corporate, investment banking and markets; private banking; and other activities.
The Role
The Perimeter Security engineer is a Subject Matter Expertise (SME) primarily responsible for ensuring that any technical change introduced to the firewall components supporting business services is in compliance with regional regulatory requirements and bank's policies. This role will be part of the team supporting the bank's 1st level of defence model.
- Conduct Internet, Extranet and Touch-points Firewall Complex Reviews for the new projects and in operational
- Monitoring changes to the APAC firewalls in production, identify exceptions and follow-up with open threats
- Respond to the business change requests to the critical components at supporting operational APAC firewall complexes
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with network and IT security products. 3 or more years experience of Information Security / Risk Management experience obtained in a large corporate environment, preferably financial services and hold a degree or technical education or equivalent related experience in IT and Security. CCNA/CISSP/CISA or other known Security certification preferred.
