An exciting opportunity has arisen to progress your career as an Information Security Consultant at one of the world's largest global business advisory firms.
At Ernst Young our UK Information Security team in the UK comprises of at least 30 practitioners with diverse backgrounds, all demonstrating capabilities to work effectively with our clients on IS issues, assessing current status, designing security solutions that manage risk, implementation of IS solutions and monitoring IS to provide assurance that what was designed has been delivered.
Your responsibilities as an Information Security Consultant will include:
- Planning and delivering information security engagements
- Leading a small team responsible for technical delivery
- Interacting with client representatives (often at a senior level) to fully understand the business context and the nature of their requirements, before determining the right approach to the work.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as an Information Security Consultant:
- Expertise in IS techniques and/or the use of particular tools for the delivery of IS solutions eg. Data Loss Prevention, IT Disaster Recovery and Security Architecture
- Identity and Access Management and Data Leakage Protection (DLP).
