Information Security Risk consultant required by Tier 1 Investment Bank based in London
The successful candidate will also be acting as the main point of contact to the divisional Information Security Officer for the Investment Bank.
The role will focus on identifying Information Security Risks and effectively act as the Subject Matter Expert in the area with regards to driving Information Security initiatives and anything related to the Information Security field.
Responsibilities
• Supporting the implementation of the operational risk framework, specifically within the operational risk assessments for data protection
• Define the Information Security training requirements, as well as examining the mechanisms required to harbour a culture of promoting Information Security risk management and awareness
• Manage the definition of the Information Security framework governance across the Investment Bank
• Ensure the operational risk assessments and internal control are with consistent with the standards set out
• Act as a advisor and SME for Information Security issues relating to incident analysis, risk assessments and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience working with the Information Security space within the financial sector previously
• Strong understand of business functions within an investment bank such as Operations, IT etc
• Extensive background working on the analysis of Information Security Risk issues, as well as looking at their overall impacts

Basic salary: Up to £100,000
