My Client is one of the world’s leading Asset Managers and they are looking to hire a Senior Information Security Analyst to join their Information Security and risk team in London. The job is created due to company expansion and offers working with Industry experts on specialist reviews across a global client base. You will have the opportunity to monitor and be responsible for information security data at the highest level and implement a number of exciting new changes to the rapidly growing Information Security Department.
As part of this job your responsibilities will consist of preforming operational security analysis which will include analysis on applications, database, system logs and security information monitoring. As part of the job you will be required to attend meetings, collaborate with IT technical teams for issue resolution and mitigation.
The essential skills required for this job will be:
• You will have a high level of understanding of Information Security including, emerging threats, attacks, and vulnerability management.
• You will have strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritisation skills
• The ability to think strategically and work with a sense of urgency
• You will have to have strong experience of working with SME and be a subject matter expert in multiple areas such as windows, firewalls, information risk management and detection analysis
• Have CISSP OR SANS GIAC GCIA certification.
