Information Security & Threat Manager recruitment

You will be involved in implementing Group / Retail led improvements, utilising resources effectively across a number of supporting areas and developing new initiatives in order to ensure UK Retail remains resilient, interprets policy and develops in conjunction with the business delivery of remediation plans, whilst monitoring and driving performance. You will be required to provide subject matter expertise in order to feed and shape the risk debate and drive the education of UK Retail to build expertise and competence within the business.
Within the role you will champion information security and threat management, while adhering to risk management governance and collaborating with Group Policy owners and Divisional Stakeholders in order to build strong relationships. As well as demonstrating clear leadership of the information security and threat management agenda.
We require you to have previous experience of interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders and the ability to communicate at all levels. Knowledge of project management framework with proven ability in the management of change is required along with an understanding of UK Retail and supporting operations. You will have the ability to produce updates and papers at senior / executive level.
An appreciation of threat management principles is preferred but not essential, however it is essential that you have sound knowledge of information security along with a good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and an understanding of Operational Risk Management and ORBIT.
