1. Provide help-desk support for the operation of all Logistics Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) systems for all Army DOL Civilians and Contractors on 270+ Army NIPRNET Systems, including troubleshooting of hardware and software, re-imaging, patching and updating of systems as necessary.
2.Training of operators as required on Computer Access Profile Setup .pst and outlook mailbox account setup Annual IA/Social Media Training.
3.Interface with the Government Systems Administrator for hardware support and software upgrades;
4.Maintain and modify complex systems, develop new subsystems such as an integrated production scheduling, inventory control, or cost analysis in which every item of each type is automatically processed through the full system of records;
5.Guide users in formulating requirements;
6.Advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised data processing systems;
7.Analyze resulting user project proposals, identifies omissions and errors in requirements and conducts feasibility studies;
8.Recommend optimum approach and develops system design for approved projects;
9.Interpret information and informally arbitrates between system users when conflicts exist.
10.Additional duties may be assigned to support contract requirements in a job-related area such as environmental, safety, security and office maintenance/clean-up of work related areas.
11.Duties typically performed in an office environment with some lifting or moving of materials; however, duties may be performed outdoors subject to inclement weather conditions.
12.May be required to report to work all USAG-HI sites, will be expected to work overtime periodically as required and regular work hours may be adjusted, to include shift work, to meet contract requirements.
