Technology Consultant
We are a small, fast-growing Health Care Technology company.
We are looking for an experienced IT professional that will be a good fit for our team.
The ideal candidate will be a professional that takes pride in their work, will see a job through to the end, is able to balance multiple client requests and can collaborate with the rest of the team to resolve our client's issues.
What's involved:
- IT Support for our Client base including Hardware, Software Diagnostic Equipment Integration
- Travel to existing client sites for onsite work. Our client base is located East of the Mississippi and generally in pockets so multi-day trips are the norm (Charlotte, St Louis, Birmingham, etc)
- Travel to new client sites for Project Implementation of Network Upgrades and new Installs
- Use our CRM system to manage client requests and report on the progress of the requests.
- Follow Client Requests from beginning to end and ensuring the work is performed to the clients' satisfaction.
- Organization and detail-orientation are an absolute necessity for this position.
- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette and grammatically-correct email correspondence are a must. Our Healthcare client base expects the best and we strive to always deliver the same.
Required skills:
- Windows 2003 2008 Server, Active Directory Group Policy Configuration Support
- Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Server Configuration Troubleshooting for Multi-site clients
- SonicWall VPN Configuration Support for Multi-site practices
- Ability to quickly become proficient with the Electronic Health Records software in our field
